A motorist who suffered a medical emergency crashed her vehicle through the side of the Johnnie Dodds Boulevard Wendy's according to police. "The 33-year-old female driver appeared to have experienced a medical condition which led to her accelerating through a parking space and colliding into the side of the building causing damage," said police spokesman Maj. Stan Gragg. "The driver was transported by EMS." The windows at the restaurant were boarded up by early afternoon and the restaurant appeared to open to the public again.
