The Town of Mount Pleasant reports that the westbound lanes from Hungryneck Boulevard between U.S. 17 and Venning Road will be closed for five nights next week. These closures will begin at 9 p.m. each night and be cleared by 6 a.m. the next morning starting on Monday through Friday. This closure is necessary to install new overhead signage. In the case of inclement weather, this full closure could be shifted. If work is completed in less than the number of days requested, closures on following days will be canceled. The eastbound lanes of Hungryneck Boulevard and U.S. 17 will remain open during these closures. Detour Routes Westbound Hungryneck Boulevard traffic is being rerouted to US 17 via Venning Road.
