Readers' Choice: Best Breakfast

Mornings can be made better by a great biscuit, a warm cup of coffee and a friendly face, so this week we're asking readers to select their favorite breakfast spot.

We've compiled a list of spots that come highly recommended, but we'll also accept a few nominations. Just let us know your favorite location in the comments field if we've left something out.
