Skip ReVille in Prison Isolation
Convicted molester is protected at maximum security prison.

Convicted child molester Louis "Skip" ReVille is in solitary confinement at the state's maximum-security Kirkland Correctional Institution, according to a news report.
Due to concerns for his safety, prison officials chose to keep ReVille at Kirkland within the Department of Corrections’ protective custody unit. It houses inmates with special security concerns in a controlled environment, the Post and Courier reported.
ReVille is separated from the general population of inmates, about 256 of them, and even eats his meals alone in his single-person cell, the newspaper reported.

ReVille, 33, pleaded guilty in June to molesting 23 boys in three Lowcountry counties. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison, and if he is ever approved for parole, he'll have to demonstrate he's no longer a threat to young men before he'll be released. He will always wear an ankle monitoring device.

The wide-ranging sex-abuse case stunned the community. ReVille, a Citadel alum and fixture in the local religious and youth sports community, molested boys for more than a decade.
ReVille, a married father of three newborns, may have molested more than 30 young men, but many victims would not participate in the criminal case, prosecutors said.
