In an effort to become more transparent and web-friendly, the Town of Mount Pleasant is offering Wi-Fi access in Council Chambers and in all public meeting areas at the Municipal Complex, 100 Ann Edwards Lane.
“We are excited to offer our resident and visitors high-speed wireless internet access in our public rooms,” said Mayor Billy Swails. “Satisfying our residents’ needs for connectivity and transparency is at the heart of this effort. We want to create an interactive place where residents can engage their government. You can now search our extensive archives center while attending a meeting and cross-reference the information discussed there.”
