Tropical Storm Andrea Closings and Openings

Governments and businesses are bracing for a late Thursday, early Friday impact from Tropical Storm Andrea. Here's the latest on closures around the Lowcountry.

• County libraries opening at noon Friday
• Downtown County Government Buildings Delay Opening to 12 p.m. Friday
• College of Charleston will delay the opening of offices and classes until 10 a.m.
• Friday classes at the Citadel have been canceled
• Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina will delay opening all operations until 10 a.m. Friday, June 7 (includes retail stores and Job Link Centers as well as Goodwill’s Community Service Center)
• Goose Creek Primary, Devon Forest Elementary, HE Bonner Elementary, and Westview Primary daycares will be closed Friday
• Charleston County School District will delay openings of offices and schools on the peninsula until 10 a.m.
• Goose Creek has cancelled Friday's Sounds of Summer Concert.
