Sofa Superstore, a fixture in the affordable home-furnishings scene for two decades, closed its doors last week.

The space is situated in a busy retail part of Mount Pleasant, between Shelmore Drive and Anna Knapp Boulevard, so it could be right for a lot of other uses.
