• Legal battle brews after Greenville County denies subdivision reconsideration (foxcarolina.com) — Greenville County’s Planning Commission has again rejected reconsideration of the large Owens Glen subdivision proposed for Piedmont, keeping hundreds of new homes on hold and delighting many local residents. Developers have already appealed in circuit court, and neighbors say they’re ready for a legal fight over density, infrastructure, and preserving their rural way of life.
