Weekend! Farmer's Market, Music, Football, MonsterCon & More
There's plenty to do this weekend in the Golden Strip and Upstate.

A farmers market is open from 8 a.m. until noon Saturdays through August at the Anglican Church of St George the Martyr, 427 Batesville Road, Simpsonville. Vendors will sell jams, eggs, baked goods and fresh vegetables. Yum!
Children ages 11-17 will learn to arrange collage-style on a rigid surface, coated with ink and printed at 3 p.m. July 26 at the W. Jack Greer Branch Library, 800 W. Butler Road, in Mauldin. Call 864-277-7397.
The Royal Scotsman Band will perform old-time and Americana music from 8-11 p.m. July 26 as part of the Twilight at the Tater Shed music series in Simpsonville City Park off East Curtis Street. Carolina Panthers are prowling around Spartanburg. Head on over to Wofford College Friday for their first practice and kickoff party. Practice will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. The party starts at 6:15 p.m.
