Fire Reported on Bryant Street

A Summerville home was damaged by an early Monday morning fire on Bryant Street, ABC News 4 reported.

No injuries have been reported.

Bryant Street is between Highway 78 and West Luke Street, and runs past Alston Middle School. The school was not affected by the fire, according to reports. 

ABC News 4 reported the initial call was made at 4:30 a.m.

Fire investigators say there is heavy damage to the home on Bryan Street. They say the home is unlivable. The street was blocked off for a time during the initial firefight, but it has since been reopened.
