Heritage Square Sold for $2.7 Million

The shopping center at the corner of Berlin G. Myers Parkway and Highway 78 sold for $2,680,000, according to a report from Count on 2 News. 

The deal included an adjacent parcel known as Ashley Garden Apartments for an additional $670,000. 

The new owner is registered as 338 Magnum LLC.
