Two Men Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $11,000 in Construction Material
Percy Jones Jr. and Dwayne Elias Bryan charged with grand larceny after they allegedly stole $11,000 in construction material from Ladson subdivision.

A subdivision, which has an open house scheduled for this week, was hit by robbers Thursday, Live 5 News reported.
The thiefs attempted to make off with more than $11,000 worth of construction material, the TV news outlet reported. North Charleston Police have arrestedΒ Dwayne Elias Bryan, 46, and Percy Jones Jr., 31, and charged them with grand larceny for the incident.
The incident happened at Lennar's new Spencer Wood subdivision near the intersection of Miles Jamison and Ladson Road.

Officers say Bryan's trailer was loaded with $10,000 of stolen lumber, along with seven rolls of roofing paper valued at $1,000 packed inside the vehicle.
