Antioch Double Murder Suspect On The Run

Metro Police are searching for the alleged gunman in the September 24 double murder at an Antioch apartment complex.

NASHVILLE, TN — The man police suspect of pulling the trigger in a September 24 double murder at an Antioch apartment complex remains at-large.

Police have charged Luis Miguel Colindres-Varela, 20, with the murders of Yeri Gabino, 18, and Hector Pagada, 34, who were shot to death as they sat in a black Lincoln MKS sedan just before 6:30 a.m. on September 24 in the parking lot of the Maple Crest Apartments on Natchez Court near Nolensville Pike. Colindres-Varela's last known address was at that complex.

Detectives believe Colindres-Varela was riding in a white Chevrolet Traverse that pulled up to the Lincoln. Gunmen emerged from the Traverse and opened fire on the victims. The shooters then jumped back into the Traverse and fled.

The suspected driver of the Traverse, Oscar Delgado-Flores, 23, of Smyrna, was arrested September 28 and is charged with two counts of murder.
