• Charges pending against tour bus driver after deadly crash shuts down interstate in TN, THP reports (wsmv.com) — A deadly multi-vehicle crash on I-40 West near Baxter left one tractor-trailer driver dead and injured the tour bus driver and a car driver, according to state troopers. Tennessee Highway Patrol says a New York-based tour bus rear-ended a tractor-trailer, triggering a chain reaction that also involved another truck and a Volkswagen Jetta, with charges now pending against the bus driver.
