• Drone used to track down man suspected of stealing car, Collierville PD says (fox13memphis.com) — Collierville Police say they used a drone with heat-sensing technology to help track and arrest a man suspected of trying to drive off in a stolen car near Academy Sports on New Byhalia Road. Officers reported recovering drug paraphernalia, stolen merchandise, a backpack with more items, and a handgun, and say the footage shows how technology and teamwork can safely resolve incidents in town.
