- The Franklin Art Scene returns downtown tomorrow night. The popular art crawl is operated by the Williamson County Arts Council. The event will run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Various local shops will also be offering complimentary refreshments paired with live music. (williamsonherald.com)
- The City of Franklin has narrowed down its Snow Plow Name competition to just the top 10 submissions. The city collected 326 name submissions from residents. Voting for the final ten will continue through Feb. 8 at midnight. The city will announce the winner on Feb. 9. - The City of Franklin Public Arts Commission is asking local artists to submit applications for a new art commission project at Harlinsdale Farm's The Park. The project is being funded by a transportation alternative grant that was presented to the city for a pedestrian bridge across the Harpeth River. Prospective artists are asked to submit their qualifications and past art examples. (City of Franklin)
