  1. A Franklin-based IT consulting and staffing firm has acquired a Nashville firm. Insight Powered will now operate as a standalone division of Franklin's Provisions Group. The acquisition's agreement terms have not been disclosed. Provisions Group operates at 604 W Main St, Suite 108. (Nashville Post)
