Franklin Police Nab One Shoplifting Suspect, Seek Second
A man boosted reasonably priced Southern fashions from Belk and lied about his identity, Franklin Police say.

FRANKLIN, TN — Franklin Police arrested a Hermitage man Sunday night as he attempted to shoplift hundreds of dollars of reasonably priced Southern fashions from the Cool Springs Belk, according to an arrest report.
Police say Houston Kyle Shaw, 30, was also in possession of stolen merchandise from two other Cool Springs stores. When he was arrested, officers claimed he lied about his identity. He is charged with felony theft and criminal impersonation.
