Franklin Special School District: Rock Your Socks March 21
Join us in celebrating these awesome humans by Rocking your Socks on March 21st.

March 10, 2022
The FSSD invites all students, faculty, and staff to join millions around the globe to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on Monday, March 21, by wearing brightly mismatched socks to school! March 21 is symbolic because people with Down syndrome (Ds) have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Socks were chosen because the karyotype of Ds chromosomes actually looks like mismatched socks.
