- The Franklin Police are offering a cash reward for information about shoplifters who evaded the police. The suspects shoplifted nearly $1,500 in merchandise from the Cool Springs Kohl’s and then evaded police officers who attempted to stop them. The suspect fled in a brown Nissan Altima.
