Dry, fall conditions are forecasted for most of the week, with temperatures in the mid- to upper-70s under mostly sunny skies.

Wednesday gets warmer — with parts of the region reaching near 80 degrees. There's a chance for showers or a storm Wednesday night, but we'll be back to sunny skies by the weekend.

Here's the latest forecast, according to the National Weather Service:

Sunday Night: Clear, with a low around 49. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 75. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 73. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 78. South wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 59. South southwest wind around 5 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 76. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 74.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 75.
