- Centennial High School graduate Grace Good recently appeared on America's Got Talent, receiving a 'yes' from all four judges. Good graduated from Centennial in 2011 and went on to receive her associate's degree at MTSU. Her hula hooping skills grew while she performed at bars in downtown Nashville, and she now hopes her performances on Americas Got Talent will eventually lead to a circus residency in Las Vegas. - Three Franklin teenagers were reportedly killed in a car crash that took place Sunday morning in Nashville. 18-year-old Jeffrie Prendergast, 18-year-old Jonathan Jesus Bravo, and 19-year-old Jordan Posantes were all killed in the single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Sidco Drive and Powell Avenue after the car fled "at a high rate of speed" when police attempted to stop the vehicle due to a belief that it was part of a group of street racers. - Did you get the chance to check out Main Street's beautiful blooms this weekend? In case you missed it, the Downtown Franklin Association and Heritage Foundation of Williamson County partnered with local business Container Creations 615 to produce flowery displays downtown. - Local bar Amendment XVIII Cocktail Club recently announced they will close its Westhaven neighborhood location to relocate to downtown Franklin. The bar is planning to open on the square in downtown Franklin, near the courthouse. (Williamson County Source)
- You'll wanna be a part of this world β the one where you can meet real mermaids! We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym will host its "Meet a Mermaid" event this upcoming Friday, Jun. 23 at 10:00 a.m. The event will feature a storytime, show and tell, themed crafts, a Q&A, and two photo opportunities with mermaids.
