Public Meeting on I-65 Corridor Study to Be Held in Franklin

Residents are encouraged to come and share their opinions on issues like safety, congestion and more.

Officials from the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) are inviting citizens to a series of public meetings to discuss the I-65 corridor.

People are encouraged to come and ask questions or comment on issues such as safety, congestion, maintenance, freight and transit availability.

In addition to meetings in Nashville and Portland, a meeting will be held at the Williamson County Public Library on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The library is located at 1314 Columbia Ave. in Franklin.

People can read more about the I-65 Corridor Study and see the dates and locations of additional meetings on the project's website at www.tn.gov/tdot/article/i65study.

Residents are also encouraged to fill out a survey of their opinions online at www.surveymonkey.com/165study.
