Sex Predator Drops Pants Again: Franklin Police
A man wanted for exposing himself to a shopper earlier this month allegedly exposed himself again this week, Franklin Police say.
FRANKLIN, TN -- A man wanted for exposing himself to a woman earlier this month in a Franklin shopping center allegedly pulled the same stunt again this week.
A woman told police she was walking back to her car in the parking lot of the Franklin Hobby Lobby around 4:20 p.m. April 20 when she saw a "light-skinned black male with facial acne scars" in the driver's seat of a late-model red Ford Taurus.
"The suspect had his pants down and ensured that the victim saw him engaging in sexual activity," police said. "The suspect was alone in the car."

Police say it is the same man who exposed himself to a woman April 9 at the Williamson Square shopping center.
