Thief Targeted Target Thrice: Franklin Police
Franklin Police are looking for man they say shoplifted from the Cool Springs Target three separate times.
FRANKLIN, TN -- Franklin Police need help identifying a man investigators say shoplifted three times in less than a week at the Cool Springs Target.
Police say the man walked out of the store twice on April 28 with items and again on May 4.
