• Vehicular homicide suspect wanted by Goodlettsville PD, may be traveling out of state (fox17.com) — Goodlettsville residents are being asked to help police locate 38-year-old Kata Huddleston, wanted on vehicular homicide warrants tied to a crash on Long Hollow Pike near I-65. Authorities say she may be traveling out of state, possibly toward Oklahoma, and urge anyone with information to call Goodlettsville Police at (615) 851-2222. 
• Learning to Read, Write – and Cheer for Ole Miss (olemiss.edu) — Kindergarteners at Millersville Elementary in Goodlettsville are sharpening reading and math skills by writing letters and doing football-themed problems centered on the Ole Miss Rebels’ playoff run. Their teacher, a lifelong Ole Miss fan, is using her passion to give many low-income students a fun, memorable way to practice sentences, addition, and subtraction.
