• Kingston Springs approves manhole repairs as sewer bills expected to rise $17–$20 (ksgazette.com) — Kingston Springs commissioners have approved a $560,000 manhole repair plan that will help meet state sewer mandates but is expected to raise monthly sewer bills by roughly $17–$20 over the next year. A second major lagoon-liner project, to be decided Dec. 18, could add another $12–$16.80 per month. Officials are also openly discussing whether to sell the town’s sewer system.
