A person and a dog were able to escape a La Vergne house fire that destroyed the home.
LA VERGNE, TN -- A fire destroyed a La Vergne home Saturday afternoon.
Fire crews responded to the blaze on Willowview Drive around 4:30 p.m. to find the fire fully involved.
One person was inside and was able to safely escape, along with a dog.
