1 Smyrna Stick-Up Suspect Arrested, Another On The Run
One of the men suspected of holding up the Almaville Market Friday is in custody but the second is still at-large.

SMYRNA, TN -- One of the men suspected in Friday's stick-up of the Almaville Market was arrested Monday, but his alleged accomplice is still on the run, Rutherford County authorities said.
Timothy “Timbo” Howell, 52, was arrested in Marion County, but his suspected partner, Dewayne Halfacre, was able to avoid capture, the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office said. The two are believed to be responsible for the robbery of two clerks at the market Friday night.
The men are charged with theft of property, false imprisonment, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a weapon during a dangerous felony, two counts of aggravated assault and aggravated robbery.
