Smyrna Public Library Winter Reading Winner

A special thanks to Ingram Content Group for awarding Friends of Smyrna Library our Winter Reading Program grant! Rebecca Cowan is a voracious reader and says she reads at least 2 to 3 books a week and it paid off for her! She has earned the TOP READER of the Smyrna Public Library Winter Reading Program two years in a row -2023 and 2024! FOSL traditionally rewards the top adult reader of the Winter Reading Program each year and the top youth reader of the Summer Reading Program at SPL with a gift card to a Smyrna business.
