Stolen Car Pulled From Percy Priest Lake
Rutherford County divers discovered a stolen car near a La Vergne boat ramp.
LA VERGNE, TN -- Rutherford County divers pulled a stolen car from Percy Priest Lake Sunday.
Divers with the county's Special Operations Response Team arrived at the Poole's Knob boat ramp in La Vergne shortly before 1 p.m. and a diver quickly went into the water to see if anyone was inside. The diver found no one in or around the car and was able to attach a tow hook and the car was pulled from the lake.
The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office then found that the car had been reported stolen.
