Self represents Zone 5, which includes Lebanon High School and several nearby schools, and Wilson County Schools say they’re aware of the charges but are not commenting further yet.

The list highlights state champions, playoff contenders, and where nearby rivals like Mt. Juliet and Wilson Central finished after the 2025 season.

Her family in Lebanon and beyond will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date and request memorial donations to Bass Funeral Home to help with expenses.
