• South Korea-Based ALUKO Group Plans Halls, Tennessee, Aluminum Manufacturing Operations (areadevelopment.com) — A major new aluminum manufacturing plant in nearby Halls will bring 285 jobs to Lauderdale County, with Ripley Power & Light named as a key local partner. South Korea-based ALUKO Group is investing about $110 million to reopen the former Tupperware building, supporting electric vehicle, solar, and construction customers while strengthening the region’s industrial base and utility-driven economic growth.
