ā€¢ Sheriff asks for tips in Tellico Plains arson case from August (wate.com) ā€” Local investigators are asking Tellico Plains residents for help solving an August 22 camper fire on Hooper Road thatā€™s now being treated as arson. The Monroe County Sheriffā€™s Office and TBI are involved, and anyone with suspicious observations from that morning can anonymously share tips and may qualify for a reward up to $5,000.
