American Momentum Bank collects toys for local charity

American Momentum Bank is spreading cheer this holiday season. The bank hosted a toy drive from November 1 to December 5 to collect toys for 3:11 Ministries’ Christmas in the Village program.

The program provides toys, clothes, blankets and hygiene products to local families in need, supporting families of all sizes to ensure they have a happy holiday season. Bank associates, partners and clients donated toys at the bank’s Midland and Odessa banking centers. The toys were packed in toy sacks and given to families on December 10.

“Giving back to the community where you live is so important, particularly during the holiday season,” said Jarod Thomas, West Texas President of American Momentum Bank. “We’re happy to work with 3:11 Ministries to support local families and give them a Christmas they might not otherwise have.”

3:11 Ministries is dedicated to serving the underprivileged children of West Texas throughout the year. In addition to the Christmas in the Village program, the organization provides school uniforms, school supplies and prom dresses to local children in need.
