Holcomb, who’d fled the bank on foot, hailed a cab driven by Minister Kevin Brown, and asked him to take him to the casino. Brown said Holcomb had to make a stop at the local liquor store on the way.

Brown said he was driving Holcomb to the casino when his dispatcher called and told him his passenger was suspected in a nearby bank heist.

Brown said he tried to maintain his composure as he glanced in his rear view mirror and saw a police car following him.

The police officer turned on his emergency lights and pulled Brown over, and arrested Holcomb without incident. Police recovered the cash from the robbery, and Holcomb is in the Polk County jail without bond and is charged with aggravated robbery.
