• City Council Approves Regional Water Cooperation Agreement (southtexascommunitynews.com) — Beeville is part of a new regional water cooperation agreement with Alice and Mathis aimed at managing drought impacts and reducing strain on shared water supplies. Starting January 1, 2026, the pact will guide joint planning, project coordination, and long-term conservation, with each city able to leave the deal with 60 days’ notice.
