Jimmie Norman, the first Bellaire police officer killed in the line of duty, on the 13th anniversary of his 2012 Christmas Eve death. The Bellaire Police Department shared a tribute to his courage and service, recalled the tragic shooting that also killed local shop owner Terry Taylor, and encouraged the community to keep Norman’s family and fellow officers in their thoughts.
