Here are the top three stories today in Cedar Park-Leander:

  1. Austin Public Library will host "Banned Camp," a summer program to read and discuss challenged and banned books. The program will have authors of banned books and some of the local teens from the Vandegrift Banned Book Club at the Banned Camp events. The Leander ISD high school students who created the Vandegrift Banned Book Club will attend a workshop for teens at Banned Camp. (KVUE)
  2. Over the next two years, the market for rental homes in Williamson County is expected to increase substantially due to new single-family rental communities. Throughout Williamson County, including Leander, there are many single-family rental communities in development. Many will be ready for renters in late 2023 or early 2024. (Community Impact)
