Bicyclist Hurt After Colliding With Car In Leander
Crystal Falls Parkway was closed in the aftermath of a collision that left the biker with non-life-threatening injuries.
LEANDER, TX — Crystal Falls Parkway near the golf course was closed on Saturday after a bycyclist was struck by a vehicle, officials said.
Leander police reported on the incident via Twitter at just after the noon hour. Some 20 minutes later, police said the roadway was reopened. The bicyclist is said to have struck control before hitting a vehicle, and was transported to Round Rock Medical Center for treatment of injuries described as not life-threatening.
No further details were released. The Crystal Falls Golf Club is located at 3400 Crystal Falls Parkway.
