The project, filed with the state, covers a 410‑square‑foot area and runs alongside a similar upgrade and long-term replacement plan for H‑E‑B’s Dripping Springs store.

The Texas Rangers led the investigation with help from CPPD’s Major Crimes Unit, and the department emphasized its commitment to transparency and due process.

Texas DPS personnel recognized at December Public Safety Commission meeting (myparistexas.com) — A Texas DPS lieutenant was honored after helping save a driver who crashed during a medical emergency while traveling through Cedar Park, working alongside Cedar Park Fire and Williamson County EMS. His award was one of several Purple Hearts, Lifesaving Awards, and a Unit Citation presented at a statewide DPS ceremony in Austin.
   

5. St. James plant to turn 'red mud' waste, source of dust, leaks, into rare minerals source (nola.com) — Work tied to a new rare-minerals plant in Louisiana will also happen at ElementUSA’s Critical Resource Accelerator facility in Cedar Park, connecting local research to a major national defense supply-chain project. The $850 million effort aims to turn hazardous ‘red mud’ waste into valuable minerals, while promising jobs and environmental improvements near Gramercy, Louisiana.
