Canine Companions Take Center Stage At Cedar Bark Festival
The City of Cedar Park will host the event that gives dog-owners and their furry friends the chance to compete for most creative costume.
CEDAR PARK, TX — If you're looking for seasonal events for your fur babies, you needn't look any further because the City of Cedar Park is pleased to host the Cedar Bark Festival benefitting the Friends of Cedar Bark Park.
Taking place Saturday, Oct. 12 beginning at 12 p.m., the event will feature opportunities for attendees to show off their pets costume, as well as participate in a Pet/Owner Look Alike Contest, and take top prize for best pet costume. The Cedar Bark Festival will also feature demonstrations and attendees will enjoy food concessions and great entertainment at this free and family-friendly event.
Located in Veterans Memorial Park at 2525 W. New Hope Dr. in Cedar Park, the Cedar Bark Park is a 5-acre fenced in dog park and is a Cedar Park favorite! Amenities at the Bark Park include a natural dog pond, pet waste stations, benches, drinking fountains, dog showers, and natural features.
