Cedar Park Celebrates Christmas With Holiday Fun For All

The Cedar Park Tree Lighting And Santa's Workshop offers friends and neighbors the chance to celebrate the wonders of Christmas.

CEDAR PARK, TX — Enjoy the beauty of the season and the cheer of the holidays with the Cedar Park Tree Lighting and Santa's Workshop celebration featuring an evening of fun and Christmas wonder. The event will feature a snow hill, snow playing areas, live music performances, games and prizes, yule fire, photos with Santa (bring your own camera), and arts & crafts projects for all to enjoy!

There will be food concessions and the Cedar Park Police Department will be on hand accepting new and unwrapped gifts for the Blue Santa program. Admission is free and open to the public. Kids are invited to participate in the event coloring contest open to kindergarteners and first graders. All entries for the coloring contest must be received no later than Monday, Nov. 25 at 12 p.m. First, second and third place winners will be contacted on Dec. 3. Contest winner will have the opportunity to pull the switch to light the real oak tree on Dec. 6.
