The Timberwolves are one game away from a state championship game.
Cedar Park is gearing up for the 5A Division II Texas state championship game against Frisco Lonestar on Dec. 19.
The Timberwolves are just one win away from a historic season. The Cedar Park Patch wanted to recognize the team by introducing you to the players who have made it all happen.
