CEDAR PARK, TX—Celebrate autumn in Cedar Park including the cooler temperatures and the beautiful nature surrounding us, with a fun and socially distanced community Hiking and Pilates event focused on mobility and breath work.
Scheduled over the course of multiple dates, participants will enjoy the weather, nature, and the company of friends and neighbors within a safe setting. The classes offer the chance to strengthen and stabilize core; strengthen posture by reducing slouched, rounded shoulders and head forward posture; feel more confident and centered in your body; lean new things and new ways to grow in self-awareness including body awareness; as well as attaining better vision, coordination, balance, and an overall improvement in brain-body connection.
The classes will be held at Champion Park at 3830 Brushy Creek Rd., Cedar Park, TX 78613 from 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. (75-90 minutes) and tickets are $10. Participants are asked to bring thicker pilates mat (yoga mats will do), water, bug spray/sunscreen, face mask for check-in and the ability to maintain 6 feet apart from one another.
