1. The League of Women Voters of Texas rated the Williamson County's Election website as "outstanding" for their 2022 Primary Election County Website Review. Only 56 out of 254 Texas counties received an outstanding rating. County Judge Bill Gravell said "we are honored" and "Williamson County has an exceptional Elections staff who are truly dedicated to public service." (Patch)
2. Cedar Park-based company, Innovetive Petcare, was ranked among the best startup employers in the country by Forbes magazine, number 335. The Austin area hosts an impressive number of businesses on Forbes’ list of the best large employers in the U.S. and the best startup employers in the country. (Austin Culture Map)
3. The Cedar Park hockey team, the Texas Stars, won their first home sweep of the season on Friday, Mar. 11 and Saturday, Mar. 12. The Stars won two back-to-back games against the Tucson Roadrunners, with a 3 to 2 score for both. (Field Pass Hockey)
