• Travis County leaders still looking for owners of cars swept away in July 4th floods (fox7austin.com) — Flood-damaged cars from July’s storms are still sitting in a Travis County holding lot near Cedar Park, and officials say they can’t move them until the owners come forward. Crews have already removed massive amounts of debris near Sandy Creek, and a second round of flood relief funding remains open to residents of Travis and Williamson counties through January 31.
