  1. The Killeen Police Department is actively investigating the death of former Cedar Park officer, Keco Motton. Motton was found dead at a residence in Killeen, with no further details available. He was under investigation for a reported sexual abuse case earlier this month. "A 'Walk of Honor' to donate his organs was scheduled for Sunday afternoon at Baylor, Scott and White Hospital in Temple." Read more at The Killeen Daily Herald.
  2. Two teenagers were rescued in Cedar Park after falling and getting injured on private property. Cedar Park Fire Department received a call for this emergency and found them, with one having a broken leg. Both teens were last mentioned getting treated at a hospital. "The fire department warned that trespassing on private property can result in criminal trespass warnings or charges, or in this case, severe injury." The full story is at FOX 29.
  3. Lightning strikes over the weekend caused several fires. The Austin Fire Department assisted putting out fires throughout North Austin, one doing significant electrical damage to a home, displacing two adults. They also helped with a fire in Cedar Park.
