Hiking And Pilates Offers Opportunity To Enjoy Nature And Fall

The classes offered will feature socially distanced Pilates and breath work for a chance to enjoy nature with fitness and community.

CEDAR PARK, TX —As cooler temperatures arrive, it's a great opportunity to get out and enjoy the weather, nature, community and socially distanced Pilates and Breathwork class. Hosted by Amberly Jayde (Movement 4 Healing), Hiking and Pilates will offer fun in nature with exercise and community; techniques to develop a strong and stabilized core; strengthening posture (reduce slouched, rounded shoulders, and head forward posture); feeling more confident and centered in your body; learn new things and new ways to grow and gain self-awareness and body awareness; improve vision, coordination, balance, and an overall improvement in brain-body connection.

The donation-based classes scheduled on multiple dates through November, will be offered at Champion Park located at 3830 Brushy Creek Rd., Cedar Park, TX 78613 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring a pilates mat or yoga mat; mat; bug spray/sunscreen; face mask for check-in or must maintain 6 ft. apart from one another.
