Kids Are Invited To Learn About Texas Via Virtual Presentation
The Bullock Museum hosts its Texas History Tuesdays virtual events to learn fascinating facts about our state and engage in a Q&A session.
CEDAR PARK, TX—Parents looking for an opportunity to keep the kiddos engaged and learning are invited to Texas History Tuesday: What Makes Texas, Texas? hosted by the Bullock Museum. The online program will be live-streamed and features a Museum Educator, primary sources, and interesting content to create a winning instructional combination.
Scheduled Tuesday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. the event will offer kids the chance to explore what they picture when they think of Texas, and discuss the symbols chosen by the Legislature and discover which one might be their favorites. Students will be led by a Museum Educator as they explore the important elements and symbols representative of Texas through sight and sound.
